Job Summary
Provide personalized, 1:1 care for clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive impairments in their homes. Deliver cognitive and behavioral support through gentle reminders, redirection, and structure. Assist with personal care tasks including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals. Maintain home safety and housekeeping by organizing environments, performing basic cleaning, and laundry. Drive clients to appointments and run errands such as grocery shopping. Offer companionship via conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to specific needs. Requires at least one year of professional caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to commute 30 minutes minimum.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- Willing to commute 30 minutes minimum
- Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US
