Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home care and support for clients as a caregiver (Full-Time or Part-Time). Responsibilities include daily living assistance (bathing, grooming, mobility support, transfers), medication reminders, light housekeeping, documenting care notes, and communicating changes to supervising clinicians. Requires completion of an HHA program (or equivalent), at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. This is a remote position in the United States with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement through training pathways (HHA → CNA → Nursing).
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days)
