Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive in-home care for clients ranging from companionship to full personal care, including bathing, toileting, mobility assistance, and dementia support. Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders while maintaining accurate real-time documentation of all tasks. Perform safe transfers using approved equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts, and assist with transportation to appointments when authorized. Remain fully awake and attentive throughout day, evening, night, and overnight shifts, ensuring client safety and dignity in private homes, assisted-living communities, and memory-care facilities.
