Job Summary
Provide respectful personal care support including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers; assist with mobility using walkers or wheelchairs; plan and prepare simple, balanced meals, monitor hydration; perform light housekeeping, laundry, and fall-prevention checks; cue medication reminders and note changes in condition; offer companionship through conversations, games, and escorted outings to keep clients engaged; assist with errands and transportation to appointments and community activities; respond to needs with dignity and confidentiality while traveling up to ~25 miles from home; requires 6+ months caregiver experience, valid driver's license with insured transportation, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, adherence to infection-control and safety protocols, and dependable, detail-oriented communication.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months prior experience as a caregiver is required
