Job Summary
Provide personalized, 1:1 care to clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive impairments in their homes. Deliver cognitive and behavioral support through gentle reminders, redirection, and structure. Assist with personal care including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals. Maintain home safety and housekeeping by organizing the environment, performing basic cleaning, and handling laundry. Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and shop for groceries. Offer companionship via conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to specific needs. Requires at least two years of professional caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, and access to a fully insured vehicle.
