Job Summary
Provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled, focusing on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation. Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, and light meal prep. Offer mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support up to 100–150 lbs. Manage light housekeeping and organization while ensuring clients maintain a comfortable life at home. Deliver care for dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and hospice clients across 24/7 shifts. Requires reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement and a smartphone with internet access. Full-time or part-time hours available with competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $23, including overtime and holiday pay. Required Qualifications
- Assisting with activities of daily living and dementia care
- Able to provide mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support (up to 100–150 lbs)
