Job Summary
Provide companionship, personal care, and daily support to seniors and individuals in their own homes. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene; helping with transfers, ambulation, and light range-of-motion exercises; supporting nutrition through meal planning, grocery shopping, preparation, and feeding assistance; managing light housekeeping and laundry; and offering meaningful social interaction and respite for family members. Strong emphasis on compassionate care, reliability, and ability to travel to client homes. Languages including Spanish, Vietnamese, or Tagalog are highly valued. Background in CNA/HHA/PCA experience is a plus; access to safe transportation to client homes is required.
