Job Summary
Provide personalized, 1:1 care for clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive impairments in their homes. Deliver cognitive and behavioral support through gentle reminders and redirection, assist with personal care including dressing, grooming, and meals, and maintain home safety via basic cleaning and organizing. Manage transportation by driving clients to appointments and running errands while offering companionship through conversation and tailored activities. Requires at least one year of professional caregiving experience, a valid CNA/HHA/PCA certification, a driver's license, and access to a fully insured vehicle. Background screening via Florida Clearinghouse is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- Eligible to work in the US
