Job Summary
Provide 1:1 personalized care for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive impairments by offering gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce anxiety. Assist with daily personal needs including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals while maintaining a calm, organized home environment through basic cleaning and laundry. Drive clients to medical appointments, run errands, and shop for groceries. Engage in companionship through conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to specific cognitive needs. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- Eligible to work in the US
