Job Summary
Provide personalized, 1:1 care for clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive impairments in their homes. Deliver cognitive and behavioral support through gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion. Assist with personal care tasks including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals. Maintain home safety and housekeeping by organizing environments, performing basic cleaning, and laundry. Arrange transportation for appointments, errands, and grocery shopping while offering companionship via conversation and memory games. Requires at least one year of caregiving experience, a valid CNA/HHA/PCA certification, and a driver's license with an insured vehicle. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
- Eligible to work in the US
