Job Summary
Provide personalized, 1:1 care for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive impairments in their homes. Deliver cognitive support through gentle reminders and redirection, assist with personal care including dressing, grooming, and hygiene, and maintain home safety via basic cleaning and organizing. Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and facilitate companionship through conversation and tailored activities. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 4pm at TheKey's St. James City, FL locations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- Eligible to work in the US
