Job Summary
Provide personalized, one-on-one care for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or cognitive impairments by offering gentle reminders, redirection, and structure. Assist with daily personal needs including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals while maintaining a calm, organized home environment through basic cleaning and laundry. Transport clients to appointments, run errands, and manage grocery shopping. Engage in conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to individual cognitive needs. Requires at least one year of caregiving experience, valid CNA/HHA/PCA certification, and a fully insured vehicle. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
- Eligible to work in the US
