Job Summary
Provide essential in-home personal care to clients in their homes in Midlothian, TX. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene), mobility and transfers, medication reminders, meal planning and preparation with dietary adherence, nutrition and hydration support, companionship and social interaction, accompanying clients to appointments and activities, health monitoring and reporting changes to the care team, and documenting care provided. Requires following care plans and working collaboratively within a care team. Certifications in CPR and First Aid are preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team
