Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of woodworking, cabinet making or other relevant hand skills required.
- Experience working with solid wood and high end plywood required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task required.
- Strong team player, willing and able to perform in a variety of roles within a well-structured production process.
- Substantial experience working on complex, high quality projects.
- Excellent decision-making, planning, judgment and reporting skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Basic experience milling wood is beneficial.
