Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day operations for assigned residential buildings, acting as the primary contact for residents, strata managers, and contractors. Perform regular inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards while managing reactive and preventive maintenance work orders. Maintain accurate records in building management systems, review invoices, and prepare reports for committees and stakeholders. Identify hazards, escalate urgent matters, and support capital works planning as required. Full-time role Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with an assistant handling administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential building management, facilities management, strata management
- Full working rights in Australia
- Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to travel between sites across Sydney as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Construction White Card and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
