Job Summary
Experienced Broadband Installation Technician at Madison Telecommunications. Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and restoring broadband services in customer homes and businesses; configuring Wi-Fi networks and customer equipment; diagnosing technical issues; delivering quality solutions; completing electronic documentation; and managing daily routes. Opportunities to advance into roles such as Senior Technician, Lead Technician, Quality Control, Field Trainer, Commercial Services, Fiber Projects, or Supervisor, with optional Travel Team participation for regional projects throughout the Southeast. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age (required by our commercial vehicle insurance carrier)
- Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- No felony convictions
- No pending criminal charges
- Misdemeanor convictions are reviewed on an individual basis
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship
