Job Summary
Estimate vehicle damage repair costs, initiate repair orders, and submit claims to insurance companies or guests for self-pay. Invoice and reconcile claims, collect payments, and maintain guest contact throughout the repair process to communicate timelines. Prepare pre-delivery paperwork, inspect vehicles prior to delivery, and deliver completed vehicles to guests while performing other administrative duties as assigned. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience as a Collision Estimator, proficiency with insurance companies and DRPs, and bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish. Commission-based pay averages $70,000 to $90,000 annually.
