Job Summary
Diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and document work on all aspects of boats, motors, and trailers. Mount outboard engines, install marine electronics and trolling motors, and coordinate with parts and service departments to manage promise times. Conduct boat detailing and cleaning, ensuring products remain clean and notifying the manager of any condition changes. Attend product training and seminars as available. Work Saturdays during peak season and follow a rotation schedule. Previous marine or small engine repair experience is required, along with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.

- Ability to install, repair, service, test, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
- Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying hours based on business needs
- Working knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices relevant to the role
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including bending, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces
- High level of professionalism, including respect for customer property and maintaining a clean work environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have a clean driving record
