Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 ABA services for a young child with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Smithfield/Selma area, focusing on sensory sensitivities, impulsivity, and safety-awareness needs. Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision while managing hands-on behavior support. Maintain reliable transportation to the service area and communicate regularly with families and the clinical team. Competitive, tiered compensation is tied to certification milestones, with ongoing supervision and training support available through the Illuminate platform.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (or in-progress with plan to complete)
- Prior direct experience working with young children on the autism spectrum, particularly with sensory-related and safety-related behavior support
- Comfortable implementing a BIP under BCBA supervision
- Reliable transportation to the Smithfield/Selma area
- Strong communication skills with families and the clinical team
