Job Summary
Respond quickly to internet, phone, text, and chat leads while building rapport and excitement with potential customers. Set high-quality sales and service appointments and keep CRM notes clean, accurate, and up to date. Work closely with sales managers to maximize show and close rates. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle high lead volume. Minimum 1-2 years of BDC experience in a dealership setting is preferred. Competitive base pay plus commissions, paid training, and ongoing coaching are included. Growth opportunities exist within a high-volume dealership with a supportive team environment. All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of BDC experience in a dealership setting
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
