Job Summary
Visit up to four job sites daily to perform small surface repairs on bathtubs, floors, and countertops using a custom tool kit. Apply creativity and color-matching skills to execute one-of-a-kind fixes in apartments, hotels, and commercial buildings while maintaining exceptional customer service. Complete each repair following the company's five-step process, update progress notes in the CRM, and consult the Support Team for complex issues. No required overtime, nights, or weekends; a company car is provided for all field duties.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with a hands-on trade
- Experience in Bathtub Refinishing and Reglazing
- Knowledge of color and paint application
- Ability to understand and manipulate color
