Job Summary
As an Experienced Batch Maker, you will be responsible for making intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of raw materials to batch tanks or grinding mills following written formulas and safe methods. Responsibilities include weighing raw materials, tending to mixing equipment, taking product samples for QC checks, making adjustments to batches as necessary, and maintaining a clean work area. You will need to demonstrate good math and measurement skills, effective communication, and the ability to read and comprehend instructions. Successful performance requires adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Good math/measurement skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
- Must achieve required color testing score
