Job Summary
Craft exceptional cocktails, mocktails, wine, sake, beer, and coffee/tea beverages with speed and precision while maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area. Manage the bar during shifts by executing current and evolving menu recipes, assisting with inventory, restocking, and opening/closing procedures. Provide friendly, attentive service to bar patrons and collaborate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless dining flow. Support the business by running food and completing additional tasks assigned by supervisors. This part-time or full-time role offers hourly pay plus tips at Sushi Masa's new Plano location, where you will be a foundational member of our team as we launch our first DFW restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
- Demonstrated expertise in drink preparation and menu knowledge
- Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a team
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively
- A positive, adaptable, and team-focused mindset
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and drink preparation
