Job Summary
Craft and serve a diverse menu of high-quality craft cocktails, mocktails, and classic drinks accurately and efficiently. Welcome guests warmly, engage them in conversation, and make personalized recommendations based on flavor preferences. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar workstation while assisting with opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and prepping house-made batches. Adhere strictly to all local and state alcohol serving regulations, verify guest identification, and manage guest alcohol consumption responsibly. Work seamlessly with floor staff, kitchen team members, and management to ensure smooth service. This role requires 2–3 years of high-volume bartending experience, active alcohol server certification, and availability for late nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years of high-volume bartending or dedicated mixology experience
- Deep understanding of spirits, wine, craft beer, garnishing techniques, and flavor pairing principles
- Active state/local alcohol server certification (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent)
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work late nights and weekends
