Job Summary
Execute drink orders and manage the bar in a high-volume, full-service environment while maintaining warm, genuine engagement with guests. Prepare cocktails and lighter fare using fresh, scratch-made ingredients while adhering to responsible alcohol service certification requirements. Stand and walk up to 10 hours daily, lifting up to 40 pounds, while performing basic mathematical calculations for accurate billing. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced, mobile setting. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law)
- Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written)
