Job Summary
Craft espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision. Greet guests, take orders, and offer personalized menu recommendations while preparing breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and baked goods. Operate the POS system to process transactions and maintain a clean, organized café and dining area. Restock ingredients and supplies, follow food safety guidelines, and assist with opening and closing duties. Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Availability includes mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of barista or coffee shop experience
- Familiarity with espresso machines and beverage preparation
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- The ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Dependability and strong attendance
- Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Authorization to work in the United States
