Experienced Banker / Loan Specialist - Cottonwood, AZ

Conduct consultative conversations and provide sound financial advice to open consumer and business accounts, maintain existing relationships, and fund personal, credit card, auto, and home equity loans. Process applications, solicit ancillary products, and accurately complete loan and title documents while participating in outbound calling campaigns. Open, maintain, and close a wide variety of membership accounts including savings, checking, certificates, and retirement accounts, assisting members with online banking, direct deposit, and digital service adoption. Provide subject matter expert resources to the branch team, de-escalate member concerns, and ensure compliance with security protocols. Complete auditing, cash ordering, and vault responsibilities as assigned, with onsite support to other branch locations as needed.
