Job Summary
Relationship Banker III at Cape Cod 5 Retail Banking Center focuses on delivering exceptional customer care through daily transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution, while advising on deposit and consumer loan products. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- NMLS registration
- Notary Public commission
- Minimum two years banking experience
- Ability to mentor RB I and RB II team members
- Ability to independently execute transactions and open accounts (personal and business)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Cyber security awareness to protect digital environment
