Job Summary
Conduct routine repairs, diagnosis, and preventive maintenance on customer vehicles, including light engine work, transmissions, electrical systems, and HVAC. Complete multi-point inspections, document all work on repair orders, and perform road tests to confirm repairs. Communicate with service advisors regarding additional needs or delays, and utilize manufacturer training to maintain proficiency. Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index goals and manage warranty claims accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Must have basic tools
- Must have great technical and mechanical skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
