Job Summary
Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards, diagnosing, maintaining, and fixing automotive systems including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC. Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately, then communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines. Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications and successfully finish all assigned brand and career training programs. Work a five-day week with Saturdays and Sundays off in a temperature-controlled shop.
Required Qualifications
- Clean and Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to Submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
- Excellent Attendance and Punctuality Record
- Strong Work Ethic and Desire for Continuous Learning
Desired Qualifications
- 3–5 Years of Automotive Technician Experience Preferred
- Hyundai, Audi, Volkswagen, or Dealership Experience Preferred
- ASE Certifications Preferred (Not Required)
- NC State Inspection License Preferred
- Strong Diagnostic and Repair Skills
- Ability to Work Effectively in a Team Environment
