Job Summary
Experienced Automotive Technician responsible for a broad range of vehicle repairs and maintenance, troubleshooting advanced mechanical problems, and delivering outstanding service. Must document all services and repairs, meet manufacturer guidelines and quality expectations, stay current through ongoing training and certification programs, clearly explain recommended services to customers, and work with the service team to keep the shop safe and organized. Ford certification is preferred; the Ford STARS program can transfer existing certifications. Sign-on bonus and housing/relocation assistance are available for the right candidate. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have a valid driver’s license, and thrive in a high-volume environment. The role emphasizes customer-focused communication, solid problem-solving skills, and proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and service equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician
- Ford certification preferred, though not mandatory
