Job Summary
Experienced Automotive Technician to perform a broad range of vehicle repairs and maintenance, diagnose advanced mechanical problems, document services and repairs, and ensure work meets manufacturer guidelines and quality expectations. The role emphasizes staying current with ongoing training and certifications, clearly communicating services to customers, and contributing to a safe, organized shop environment. Requires 3+ years of hands-on automotive experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license; Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram certification is preferred but not mandatory. Relocation to North Dakota is available with sign-on and housing assistance. Location options include Grand Forks, ND and Kansas City, MO with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician
- Comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems, mechanical functions, and components
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with solid problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using modern diagnostic tools and service equipment
- Effective communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Capable of working productively on your own in a high-volume environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
