Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests across domestic and foreign makes, completing full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections. Build experience troubleshooting complex issues while collaborating with the service department to meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization while communicating vehicle concerns effectively. Requires 7+ years of experience, ASE certifications preferred, and ability to flag 50+ hours weekly. Work involves lifting over 100 pounds, working on lifted vehicles, and navigating computer systems. Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- 7+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Ability to flag 50+ hours per week
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
