Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests while building experience across domestic and foreign makes. Perform full, accurate courtesy inspections and collaborate with the service team to troubleshoot concerns quickly. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization while communicating effectively with guests and other technicians. Work in tight spaces, lift up to 100 pounds, and navigate diagnostic computers using manual transmissions. Requires 4+ years of experience and ASE certifications preferred. Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
- 4+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
