Job Summary
Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, ranging from timing belts and suspension systems to heavy engine work. Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles. Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and vehicle climate control systems including ACs and heater cores. Work in state-of-the-art Inspection Centers using high-tech tools while adhering to safety protocols for physical equipment operation. This role requires mandatory overtime based on business needs to ensure vehicles are ready for customers.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid driver's license
- subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
