Job Summary
Join Modern Subaru of Boone as an Automotive Service Technician, where you will perform maintenance and repair orders with efficiency, diagnose and repair various vehicle systems, and explain mechanical diagnoses to service advisors and customers. You should have at least 3 years of automotive technician experience, ideally with dealership experience. Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies and possession of a valid driver’s license are required. The role also includes continuous learning and testing of vehicles for necessary repairs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Hold a valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Dealership experience
- A.S.E. certification
- Knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment
