Job Summary
Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical systems. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements using diagnostic tools to identify problems accurately. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, costs, and timelines while maintaining detailed records of services performed and parts used. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications, keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe. Valid driver's license and relevant ASE certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive service technician or mechanic
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
