Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process, translating complex repair information into clear communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations. Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise. Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving and identify additional service recommendations to protect guest safety and vehicle value. Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience reflecting the Land Rover brand standard. Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold documentation and compliance standards. Represent the Land Rover brand with polish, professionalism, and hospitality. Requires 2+ years of service-advisor experience in a franchised dealership; luxury or European brand experience preferred; strong CSI/NPS; Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred; valid license with clean driving record; hospitality mindset. This role offers an income potential of $50,000 - $120,000+ annually and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership
- Land Rover, Jaguar, or European brand experience preferred
- Track record of strong CSI and NPS scores and repeat guest relationships
- Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
- Clear, composed communicator who builds trust with high-net-worth guests
- Ability to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to detail or guest experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
