Job Summary
Experienced Automotive Service Advisor responsible for bridging technicians and customers in the service department. You will explain technician recommendations, suggest maintenance and repair needs to keep vehicles safe, provide time estimates, greet customers, perform vehicle walk-arounds, communicate with technicians and parts staff, meet or exceed sales goals, and ensure follow-up to confirm expectations. Must convey product knowledge, maintain customer-focused service, and drive timely updates through the service lane.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- Attention to detail
- Follow up with customers before and after service visits
