Job Summary
Advise customers on necessary and recommended services, offering additional repairs and computing replacement part and labor costs to restore vehicles. Estimate mechanical, electrical, or other repair expenses, then enter itemized estimates on service orders while explaining them to clients. Meet and exceed dealership standards for repair and order production while ensuring high CSI ratings. This role requires a proven track record of success in a Service Advisor position within a family-owned dealer group operating eight locations across Southern California.
Required Qualifications
- Automotive Repair / Service Advising experience
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Take-charge customer focused attitude focused on outcomes and high satisfaction
- Strong organization skills, able to multitask, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- proven track record of success in a Service Advisor role
