Job Summary
Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer and Assistant Service Manager role focused on connecting customers with service excellence. Responsibilities include greeting service customers promptly, answering service calls and scheduling appointments, communicating repair needs, estimates, and timelines, coordinating repair orders with technicians, keeping customers informed throughout the service process, recommending additional maintenance or services when appropriate, maintaining accurate service records, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements include prior customer service and/or sales experience, English (Spanish bilingual preferred), comfort with dealership software, High School Diploma or GED, a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Location: Salisbury, MD; full-time role with salary plus commission/base bonus structure.
