Job Summary
Experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager responsible for greeting customers, managing inbound service calls, scheduling appointments, presenting repair and maintenance estimates clearly, coordinating repair orders with Technicians, monitoring workflow, and supporting daily service operations and administrative processes. Build and maintain parts inventory, enforce service policies, and identify opportunities to recommend additional services. Requires 2-3 years' experience as a Service Advisor/Writer or 1+ year as an Assistant Service Manager, plus strong communication, organization, and customer-facing skills; must be proficient with dealership service systems, have a valid driver’s license, and be flexible to work evenings and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience as Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer OR 1+ year as an Assistant Service Manager
- Strong customer service and sales/up-selling skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record
- Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays
