Experienced Automotive Service Advisor- 4 Day Work Week

Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and explain repair and maintenance options while providing written cost estimates and obtaining approval. Coordinate service appointments, manage warranties, and ensure efficient workflow by translating customer problems into clear instructions for technicians. Communicate repair progress, write accurate repair orders and invoices, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Serve as the central point of contact between customers, service managers, and the parts department to identify repeat repairs and find cost-effective solutions. Maintain accurate records and build long-term loyalty through strong interpersonal skills. ASE certifications and manufacturer training are preferred.
