Job Summary
Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process by building relationships, identifying needs, presenting new and pre-owned inventory, and conducting test drives. Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits while negotiating and finalizing sales. Utilize dealership CRM systems to manage communications, generate repeat business, and maintain knowledge of inventory and industry trends. Collaborate with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless experience. Requires 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience, proven success in meeting goals, and ability to work flexible evening and weekend schedules. Base pay ranges from $75,000 to $150,000 with uncapped commission and monthly volume bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience
- Proven success selling new and/or pre-owned vehicles in a dealership environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
