Job Summary
Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant at Pepe Auto Group in Nyack, NY, responsible for contacting and scheduling appointments from leads via phone/email/chat/text; performing vehicle demonstrations; entering information in the CRM for follow-up; using CRM retention tools to engage buyers; building strong customer relationships; conducting sales activities through various channels (email, phone, in-person, etc.); collaborating with management to finalize sales, arrange financing, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience, including CSI
- Prior experience in sales a plus!
