Experienced Automatic Screen Print Operator

Job Summary
Operate and set up M&R automatic presses for screen printing to fulfill orders with high quality and consistency. Monitor print quality throughout the process and escalate issues to Senior Print Operator or Management as needed. Perform routine equipment maintenance, review film/coats/burns screens, and set up orders including ink mixing and Pantone color matching. Maintain production logs, follow safety protocols, and train other team members. Maintain cleanliness of production areas and be available for overtime during peak periods. Regular schedule is Monday-Thursday 6:00-4:30 with potential evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons. This is a non-exempt, full-time role requiring ~40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Experience running M&R automatic presses required
- advanced understanding of printing systems preferred

- basic to intermediate computer skills
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
