Job Summary
Meet and greet customers to determine their needs, then demonstrate all product aspects and competitive advantages. Converse with diverse clients using polished communication skills across multiple technology platforms and communication channels like email, text, and telephone. Establish and maintain relationships to drive satisfaction goals, follow up on leads, and ensure sales opportunities are tracked in the CRM. Attend product and sales training as requested by management. This salaried, non-commission role includes volume and customer satisfaction bonuses, health, dental, vision, and 401K benefits, with a five-day work week. Gullo Ford is a family-owned dealership serving customers with Ford products.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Degree
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Self starter with strong communication skills
- 3 Plus Years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors in the elements
- Driver's license
