Job Summary
Paint vehicles with base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats while blending adjacent panels and performing paint corrections. Match and mix paint colors using water-based paints in high-tech inspection centers equipped with state-of-the-art tools. Prepare vehicles for cosmetic work by sanding, masking, taping, and buffing, or prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting. Operate vehicle equipment and tools safely while lifting up to 60 pounds independently in a fast-paced production environment. Work mandatory overtime based on business needs to ensure vehicles are delivered when expected.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience
- highly skilled in painting (base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats)
- blending adjacent panels

- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
