Responsibilities include operating Safelite tools and technology (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, Glass Table System, MRM), communicating with customers in-person, via text, and by phone, and complying with company policies. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, work with chemicals, and travel as needed; education includes High School Diploma/GED preferred and valid driver’s license; Safelite SafeTech certification is required.
