Job Summary
Auto Glass Technician responsibilities include performing vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibrations in Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop settings; operate Safelite tools and systems (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, Glass Table System, MRM); ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction; manage driving duties and vehicle operation; communicate with customers and promote Safelite services; engage in ongoing training with provided tools and resources; physical requirements to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various conditions; required SafeTech certification and valid driver's license; benefits package including 401(k), medical, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent Preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Safelite SafeTech certification Required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate computerized diagnostic tools
- Ability to communicate in English (oral and written)
